Construction of the new building, the National Library was launched in November 2002. The height of the library at 72 metres altitude of books is a spatial structure in the form of geometric figures rhombicuboctahedron.

The information for the National Library of Belarus is a world-class large-scale project, which involves 1.5 thousands of computers located in 20 stores, 20 reading rooms and 28 departments issuing literature. This daily service at least three thousand users who can access 8, and in the future the 14 million units of storage. A library is a very interesting feature : the night of her entire surface becomes one large multicolored screen. Just see it in all its glory to continue.
